Best Chocolate Chip Cookies
I've made a lot of chocolate chip cookies from different types of recipes and I always seem to get those flat, thin, melted-looking types of cookies. These are the FIRST cookies I've made that could've been featured in a magazine! :-D They cooked perfectly and I could tell as soon as the dough was mixed that it was much thicker and creamier than other recipes I've tried. I also followed the advice of another review that said to spoon the flour into a measuring cup and level off with a knife. Maybe that made the difference...I dont know but these were some awesome cookies!!! I wanted to add a photo but they all got eaten ;)

Amish White Bread
Ladies and Gentleman, I (a cook with a looooong history of bread baking failures and phobias) have finally and successfully made BREAD! Seriously...i wish I could hug the person that posted this recipe. Why this came out so delicious when EVERY time I've tried to make bread in the past it's turned into a disaster? I will never know. I'll contemplate it while I snack on this perfectly moist, semi sweet, still warm, buttered slice of heaven ;)
