Not as great as I thought the reviews made it sound but is still something I would make again. My husband really liked it but my two sons didn't like it. I added corn between the meat mixture and the tots and added the tots on top like recommended since we also like them crisy. Good for something different to make and is super easy!!! :)

Lemon Pepper Chicken and Rice

Super easy dish but we thought the chicken was dry and the rice was mushy. Very blah taste. Definately won't make again.

Cajun Chicken Pasta

I followed everyones advice and added more cajun spice plus fresh garlic & more basil too. Since I don't like the crunch of onions and peppers (and the kids don't either)I sauteed them in the butter then added the chicken (used 3 chicken breasts)to that mixture. I also used half cream/half milk and brought it to a boil to thicken it. More mushrooms too. I thought it was very tasty and so did my oldest son (although he added cayenne pepper to his). My youngest son wasn't crazy for it and my husband thought it was okay (and he spiced it up with habanero pepper) but he's not fond of cream sauces and would have preferred it if it had a tomato sauce base. Once again can't please them all!!! :)

All American Apple Pie

I'm not an expert when it comes to making pie crust so this recipe was perfect for me. It was tasty and everyone liked it plus easy to make.

Chicken With Mushrooms

This has become one of my husband's favorite recipes. I've made it several times now and I have one son that likes it and the other will eat it but it's not his favorite (oh well can't please them all...LOL). I modify it just because I like additional seasonings. I add onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, parm cheese to my bread crumbs and sometimes even use different flavored breadcrumbs other than the italian ones. The chicken is super moist and has a wonderful flavor. It's a delicious dish and I highly recommend it!!! :)
