Too Much Chocolate Cake

Reviewed: Dec. 8, 2014
I followed the directions exactly and used the whole cup of oil... baked it for 60 mins in a Bundt pan... let it cool for an hour in the pan...and topped it with the Satiny Chocolate glaze... it was delicious! Will be keeping this recipe for a long time!

Fresh Southern Peach Cobbler

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2014
This recipe reminded me of my Georgian grandma's .. so yummy! the only changes I made was to add more cornstarch (I used fresh peaches that were WAY juicy) and doubled the spices. I can't wait to make it again and again!

Cranberry Salsa

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2014
Delicious salsa! I added 4 jalapenos and decreased the sugar to about 1/4 cup and let it sit overnight before serving and it was so yummy! Thank you for posting this recipe!

White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2014
I made this recipe for Thanksgiving this year... and it was a hit! I took the tip of the reviewer who used seedless raspberry jam instead of the whole fruit and it worked great-and saved alot of time. I also used chocolate graham crackers instead of cookies and it was perfect. Thank you so much for this recipe!

Chai Tea Mix

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2014
This recipe rocked! I just finished making a double batch that I've put into 8oz mason jars and I am placing them in my Christmas gift baskets (along with cookies) to my friends this year. One batch makes will fill (7) 8oz jars. In the meantime I enjoyed a cup (or two). It was absolutely delicious!! I made a 3rd batch to keep on hand this winter. I made the recipe as is-no changes-and it was perfect!! Thank you so much for posting this!!

Blueberry Shortbread Bars

Reviewed: Aug. 21, 2013
These were delicious! I added more blueberries-I used fresh berries as they were on sale in July- than the recipe called for, but I also doubled the recipe and baked it in a lasgane pan. The shortbread is buttery and just the perfect texture and taste. Take your time cutting your pastry and it will turn out perfect. It just takes time to get to that consistency. I will definately be making this again !
