Garlic-Lemon Double Stuffed Chicken

Reviewed: Apr. 10, 2013
Wonderful! Made as directed. Simply delicous. Will definatly make again. I made six in a pan and fed the four of us dinner and when I went back in the kitchen to clean up, the two remaining breast were still in the dish. They looked beautiful and the cheese had solidified so I think if I make the recipe again I will be sure to let it sit out and rest before serving the next time. They were a bit gooey, but I was probably in a hurry to eat...the chicken fills the house with a great sent. Very good. Thanks for the great recipe.

Granny's Italian Zucchini Pie

Reviewed: Jul. 23, 2012
I made this after I was asked to bring a dish to an pot luck. I used the basic recipe. Used honey mustard salad dressing instead of regular mustard. I added cream cheese along with the mozzarella cheese. I also threw in a left over sweet potato with the zucchini when sauteing. I also topped the entire pie with crispy bacon after it was out of the oven. Huge hit...but anything with crescent rolls, cheese and bacon is gonna be great. I used all of the required items but added stuff that I just had on hand. Delicious...

Soooo good. It was a nice addition to baked lemon chicken. I loved making a good sweet potato recipe that was not loaded with sugar...not your Holiday ones...very good. Thank you.

Blue Cheese, Bacon and Pear Brunch Sandwiches

Reviewed: Feb. 8, 2012
Okay so I didn't exactly do this recipe as written. I basicacly used the idea of it. I used small sour dough sliced cocktail bread, broiled each slice then flipped it over spread poppy seed dressing on one side. I then added the pear and bacon. I used feta cheese and mozzarella cheese instead of the blue cheese. I then broiled them for just a minute or two. Then and drizzled more poppy seed dressing on top. I made this for a party and could not keep enough of them going. Every one loved them. It took a while for people to figure out the flavors. The pears are very subtle. The poppy seed dressing added a sweet topping. It was labor intense though. But sooo worth it.

Caramelized Baked Chicken

Reviewed: Nov. 30, 2011
My family and I loved the flavor of the glaze and will make again. I used boneless chicken breast and found there to be too much sauce to get a good carmelizing affect. I did cook the sauce before adding it to the chicken. I added a bit of brown sugar as well. Next time I will use half of the sauce and baste during the baking. Overall good recipe and will use again.
