Garlic Chicken with Orzo Noodles

This was pretty tasty. I boiled the orzo in chicken broth and added an oniteon, sauteed. The reason I only gave this 4 stars is because we thought it could use more spice and salt. With a few tweaks, We believe it will be amazing! Will be making again!

Pork Tenderloin with Dijon Marsala Sauce

Very tasty and super moist. I did not use the full amount of mustard on either the pork nor sauce but it was very delicious. Also subbed chicken stock for Marsala Wine and 2% milk for heavy cream, simply because I did not have those items on hand.

I doubled this recipe and it made 5 dozen cookies. For the sugar-y coating, I used Trader Joe's Cinnamon-Sugar mix, and then added in a little bit more sugar. I used my small scoop to make the balls, and then baked them for 8 minutes and 20 seconds. PERFECT! Crunchy when you want them to be, soft when you want them to be, and ALWAYS delicious!

Grilled Lemon Chicken

My whole family gobbled this up! I paired it with the Jasmine Rice recipe from this site and it was a very well rounded dish. It was like I was dining at a mediterranean resturant.

I added garlic and omitted the peas because.... well no one, including myself, would not have liked that. This dish was very flavorful and was a nice change up from the standard jasmine rice my family eats.

Cordon Bleu Chicken Rolls

This was amazing! I used Panko Bread crumbs and I also used some mayo to help hold the cheese and ham inside the chicken. This was my first stab at making Chicken Cordon Bleu from scratch and I was not disappointed! I did not make the sauce, however, because we tend to be a non-sauce family. Thank you!

Whipped Cream Cream Cheese Frosting

This was fantastic. It was the first frosting recipe I have used, but having made cheesecakes in the past, I took the advice of warming the bowl to mix the cream cheese with up. that worked really well and I didnt have any lumps! I also chilled the bowl and beaters used to whip the cream. Will definitely be using again, TY!

Shrimp Scampi Bake

This was heavenly! I did not use as much dijon as the recipe called for (my husband would have rather had it with none, but that is where our battle lines lie), but nearly a tbsp. I also added a splash of Vermouth white wine and a tad pinch of salt. This was seriously the BEST shrimp dish I have ever had. Will be making again, but next time I think I will cut the butter by half. There was a lot left over. Oh, and we paired with penne pasta and steamed broccoli.

Juicy Thanksgiving Turkey

I seriously would have given this 10 stars if I could have. This is, hands down, the best turkey I have ever had/made. I followed the recipe to a T and it turned out wonderfully. I am not a dark meat eater, I don't generally enjoy it, but this recipe made ALL the meat so flavorful it was AMAZING. The drippings/stock from the turkey make an amazing gravy too! Hello school lunch memories! The next day I had some shredded turkey along with the left over gravy, over mashed potatoes. I was 9 years old again. Thank you!

Spoiled Baby Back Ribs

The sauce was delicious! The only thing I added was a few dashes of crushed red pepper to spice it up a bit and I slow cooked the ribs at 325 for 90 minutes (stopping at 45 minutes to add the sauce) and then put it under the broiler for a few minutes at the end. Will be making again, thanks for the recipe!

Angel Chicken Pasta

Delicious! I have made this twice now, within the last week. First time I made it, I used the white wine. 2nd time, I subbed chicken stock for the white wine. *WAS NOT AS FLAVORFUL* I would highly suggest against subbing on the white wine. Plus, you can drink the rest!

Kabob Marinade

This was very tasty. I let it marinade for 4 hours and it was tasty even then! I did find the mustard taste to be a bit overpowering at first, but as I ate more, the more I enjoyed it. I am excited to use this marinade for a full steak!

Bacon Wrapped Pork Medallions

This is crazy delicious!! and so easy! I made it pretty much as written, except I did end up running out of the spice mixture, so some of them had garlic salt and italian seasoning mix on them. I also used a smoked sea salt in the seasoning mix. Seriously, so easy. the most work is put into cooking the bacon in the beginning. I am excited to use this recipe with beef tenderloin as well!

Slow-Cooker Tex-Mex Chicken

This was very delcious. I added an onion and used a whole container of chunky salsa. My husband said it could have used more salsa "aauce". I also topped mine with sour cream on the plate!
