About this Cook
I grew up in a tavern kitchen, all family get togethers revolve around food. I was a manager and translator for a small Italian resturant. Ran the lunch program for a school district, now I am a general manager for a fast food chain.
My favorite things to cook
Soups, Stews and anything sweet.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Cinniamon rolls fresh from scratch on Christmas Morning. Shish Ka Bobs on the 4th of July with the family marinade.
My cooking triumphs
My kids will try anything new I make and usually love it. They rave to their friends about my cooking and I usually feed the bunches of them.
My cooking tragedies
My first attempt at hashbrowns. They were mushy and salty. And I tried to make to many cookies at one time for a cookie party and failed miserably at all of them.

Super Easy Chicken Noodle Soup
Once again I am reviewing this recipe truly because I didn't change it one bit. I made it the way it was suppose to and it came out just fine. You should have all ingredients on hand so it is a quick and easy soup. Now that being said the third time I made it I did add some more things like celery, carrots and onion but I did not change or alter the original base soup.

Thunderbird Stew
This was great. I did increase it to two packs each of soup mix and gravy and used 3 cups of apple juice. I strained the onion pieces when it was done and made a gravy using some flour to thicken it. I also served the garlic red mashed potatoes recipe I found on here. They went together perfectly.

Cinnamon Coffee Cake
Recently tried this I listened to other reviews about the bigger dish and it still made a mess of my oven. The flavor was good however the dish has to be experimented with. The middle took for ever to cook and the edges got real hard and crunchy after they ran over the edge and into the bottom of the oven.
