I grew up in a tavern kitchen, all family get togethers revolve around food. I was a manager and translator for a small Italian resturant. Ran the lunch program for a school district, now I am a general manager for a fast food chain.

Cinniamon rolls fresh from scratch on Christmas Morning. Shish Ka Bobs on the 4th of July with the family marinade.
My cooking triumphs
My kids will try anything new I make and usually love it. They rave to their friends about my cooking and I usually feed the bunches of them.
My cooking tragedies
My first attempt at hashbrowns. They were mushy and salty. And I tried to make to many cookies at one time for a cookie party and failed miserably at all of them.
