Corn Fritters Canadian Style

Reviewed: Oct. 16, 2005
I loved that these didn't have to be deep fried, but that's about it. Too me they had a bitter baking powder aftertaste and were not a bit sweet. Maybe it's because I used home frozen corn and not canned creamed corn. I did add 1/4 cup of sugar and that made it a little better, but still a bitter after taste. I gave it 2 stars because I think it's a good starting point, but definitely needs to be tweaked!

These just didn't turn out very well for me. A little dry, not good chocolate flavor.

my husband loved this recipe. to me it was more like a lentil chili. I prefer carrots, celery, etc... in my soup.

good bread, very moist, but a little too sweet and not enough pumpkin for my liking.

Brown Family's Favorite Pumpkin Pie

Reviewed: Nov. 26, 2004
My husband says this is the best!! I didn't put in walnuts because of allergies, and so I added a extra 1/4 cup of flour to the struesel. I did find that the entire amount of struesel was too much. I only used half. It was perfect, the only pumpkin pie I will ever make!!! I love the fact that it's not real heavy and dense and that you don't have to measure sugar and milk.

Easiest Peanut Butter Fudge

Reviewed: Nov. 26, 2004
so quick and easy...and doesn't require marshmallow creme or sweetened condensed milk. I did the 1,2,3 cups of p.butter, b. sugar, and powdered sugar. Also stirred in some many chips after I poured it over the powdered sugar. Very good. a definite keeper.

Fluffy Fruit Dip

Reviewed: Mar. 16, 2003
I served this at a baby shower with fruit kabobs along with chocolate dip. Hardly anyone touched the chocolate...this recipe was all gone and I even made a double batch. I did use OJ instead of liqueor and it tasted wonderful
