Banana Cake VI

Reviewed: Aug. 7, 2013
This recipe is by far the best, moist cake I've made in awhile. I was leery about putting it in the freezer but my oh my. Definitely worth making this again! I don't plan on sharing this with friends anytime soon. I'll be keeping this one to myself for awhile.

Kielbasa with Peppers and Potatoes

Reviewed: Jul. 18, 2012
This recipe was quick which is what I was looking for. I did make some changes. (I used a green pepper in place of yellow, added crushed black pepper, lemon pepper and italian seasoning added sliced red onion and finally chopped garlic clove. Tasted wonderful and still healthy.)

Strawberries and Cream Cake

Reviewed: Mar. 21, 2012
I gave this recipe 3 stars because the filling did not turn out thick at all. I had to a scoop of store bought frosting just to make it thick. Also, it only needed 2 nine inch round pans. Cake tasted great and the frosting was a nice touch as well.

Chocolate Covered Strawberries

Reviewed: Feb. 12, 2012
These were super easy and quick. When making these make sure to leave the stems on. I took mine off and regreted it. Also it helps if you put them in the freezer for about 8 min before dipping them. As they are firmer and the toothpick won't slide out as easy. Hope that helps.

Roast Potatoes

Reviewed: Feb. 12, 2012
This recipe is really quick and easy. I even reheated it twice due to the main course taking a little longer and they still turned out perfect. Upon reheating though I added 2 tsp of butter and they tasted great. Thanks for posting.

Bacon Wrapped Pork Medallions

Reviewed: Feb. 12, 2012
Thank you Eve for this wonderful recipe. I didn't find Old Bay seasoning so I made my own with garlic, Italian seasoning, red pepper, and chopped onion. It turned out wonderfully. Also I used Maple flavored bacon. OMG such a great flavor combination. Thank you again for this recipe. Will be using it again.

Mrs. Sigg's Fresh Pumpkin Pie

Reviewed: Feb. 7, 2012
Thank you for posting this recipe. I didn't have a sugar pumpkin (not sure what one is) so I used our Jack O Lantern instead. They turned out and tasted great! I got so many compliments. Plus it was nice saying "nope this is not from a can". Thanks again.
