Oatmeal Raisin Cookies I

Reviewed: Sep. 16, 2014
I like this recipe .. I tried 4 ways of baking ( non stick , aluminum pan with and without non stick sheet, and one pan of lightly pressing them down ) and they all still came out the same way .. I made the recipe as it was writen and it came out great ... a bit too sweet for me so I will down the sugar next time .. the raisins were sweet enough !!

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Mar. 25, 2013
We make these way too often !! Now my 12 year old daughter makes them herself. One time she put baking powder instead of baking soda and ended up with "cookiecakes" .. it was still good lol We don't use nuts ( neither 2 full cups of choco chips .. otherwise it would be too much ) cause they usually end up going to school with the kids ... I get about 40-50, depends on the size :) and you dont need to bother with the hot water !!

Tortellini Soup

Reviewed: Mar. 25, 2013
This was my first time making tortellini soup and it was a good recipe to start with :) I used cheese tortellini and a can of crushed tomatoes ( that's all I had on hand and then blended it) I did add some thin sliced carrots. My kids (6 and 13 ) weren't the biggest fans of this soup but the hubby and I will eat it again :) thxs for the recipe
