Chicken Parmesan

Reviewed: Sep. 21, 2012
okay _ i am totally confused... people keep talking about a video, but the video is for a totally different recipe, which I have made and love. This recipe is fried and then baked?? am I crazy?? Giving it a five star as written, even though it is still in the oven, did add a bit o worchestershire to the egg as someone mentioned. and have a lot of panko /parmesan mixture left that I must throw out - next time will use less and waste less.

PHILLY Shrimp-in-Love Pasta

Reviewed: Dec. 28, 2010
Excellent starter for cleaning up the holiday leftovers. I added a few things to our taste and you can try and tweak as you like... We love garlic, so I sauteed a couple of cloves in butter and then added the tomatoes and Light Philly cream cheese spread and added a couple of tsps of Onion soup mix, pepper, old bay seasoning, parmesan cheese and a splash of white wine to thin. I needed to use up leftover cooked shrimp & added them - then tossed the cooked noodles and the spinach in the pan & served hot. Would have been fantastic with some Garlic bread or Bruschetta - maybe next time! Hope I can get into my dress for New Years Eve! LOL!!!

Best City Chicken

Reviewed: Nov. 21, 2010
Grew up in Canada and my mother and aunt made this all the time for family get togethers. Yummmy.... reminded me of my childhood and i have a batch in the oven right now - didn't have veal so just using pork. Liked the idea of paprika so have added that, .. did the egg and breadcrumbs and forgot the milk, added broth to the pan and covered with foil. hope it turns out

OMG - some people don't read! (riamontero07) says food coloring optional!! I only had frozen strawberries and very ripe bananas and the flavour was great!

Cheesiest Potato Soup

Reviewed: Mar. 13, 2006
Do not totally puree the potaoes, leave some chunks for texture, also boil the potatoes with a clove or 2 of garlic or saute the garlic with the onions - adds a nice flavour if you like garlic. Also agree with omitting the salt if using commercial chicken broth, and milk is great if you don't have cream.
