Scalloped Corn and Broccoli

A real winner. Fixed 1st. time for company last night and all raved. One thing I'll change is make bigger batch. Also used sharp cheddar and wasn't to strong. Will be a favorite.

Favorite Strawberry Rhubarb Pie

Had never made a strawberry - rhubarb before. This was so easy and delicious. I don't care for rhubarb normally but this just became a favorite and that makes my husband happy. He loved it.

Tina's Pumpkin Spice Bars

I took this this to a lodge meeting last night and got great reviews. We have a family night supper tomorrow night and I was asked to bring it again.I did as was suggested and used a 9X13,added orange coloring to canned frosting and it looked great . When I get that many compliments and recipes request,it's a sure keeper.

Brown Sugar-Glazed Home-Style Meat Loaf

This is the recipe I've used for 50 years. I do add a little garlic powder [ 1 tsp. or to taste ] and mushrooms. This is a great basic.

Bob's Awesome Lasagna

I've made lasagna this way forever. Only thing I do different is use a little garlic powder instead of garlic salt. Also my choice is add some chopped mushrooms to sauce while simmering.

Mushroom Pork Chops

Been doing this for years and we love it. So quick and easy. I do use fresh or garlic powder instead of salt. Soup has enough. We will also use nice big hamburgers. Always fix boiled potatoes. Soup makes good gravy.Can be done with chicken breast too.

Strawberry Rhubarb Custard Pie

Tried this pie once before and everyone loved it. Did one today only used Splendra and sugar - free strawberry jam by Smuckers. Just as good. Whoopie! Now I can enjoy without guilt. I didn't tell anyone it was sugar-free til later. All loved it and said they would never have guessed. Will use this from now on.

Coconut Custard Pie III

Made this and everyone loved it. Made exactly to recipe and it fit beautifully in deep dish pie pan. Only thing I might do is try to substitute coconut milk for some of regular.Also in deep dish did have to bake a little longer. Will be making this again and probably again.

Dad's Basic Moist Pork Roast

Made this last night and WOW! Was so moist and tender. Great flavor. Only thing I did different was put some minced garlic in rub. This is going to be done over and over in this house.
