Fast and Easy Tofu Lo-Mein

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

These were great. I took the dough to synagogue for the kids to make Chanukah cookies. The dough got warm and sticky and the kids added way too much flour. Surprisingly they were still very tasty. Thank-you for a great recipe the kids had a great time.

Belgian Waffles

I loved these. They definitely made way more than 8. I knew it was going to be a lot when I had the mix in my big bowl and it almost filled the entire bowl. I ended up pouring half the mix into my other big bowl and then let them rise. The taste was great and now I have some to freeze.

Crispy and Creamy Doughnuts

My son said these doughnuts are so good they should get 10 stars. We were sooo impressed. The glaze was great. I just dipped the whole donut in and flipped it over to cover the whole donut. I fried half of them and baked the other half. They were great both ways but seemed more like donuts fried. I agree with another review they would make great dinner rolls. I just think they would need a little more salt in the dough. Thanks so much for the recipe.

Mama D's Italian Bread

I think this recipe is very good. I have made it quite a few times. I don't always even need the entire 7 cups of flour. I think the difference is that you have to give it the 15 minute rest before adding the salt and the rest of the flour. I have noticed that if I don't do this it needs more flour. I have also made this bread using 100% whole wheat flour with fantastic results. It makes very nice bread for sub sandwiches. This has been our go to bread recipe for a while. I also throw in some ice cubes in the bottom of the oven when I add the bread loaves.

Meatloaf with a Ranch Twist

This was the best meatloaf I have ever had. I followed the recipe as close as I could. I didn't have any sage so didn't use that and I used one real onion chopped. I followed other reviewers suggestion of doubling the sauce. It is so good. I also put them in a cupcake pan so that they would cook faster and cooked them at 450.

Cinnamon Syrup

This syrup has a great flavor. I had read the other reviews about it being thick so I made sure to cook to the runny consistency of maple syrup. After cooling for 10 minutes as the recipe states it was about the consistency of bought pancake syrup but a much better flavor.

California Grilled Veggie Sandwich

This recipe was so good. I didn't have the fresh garlic since I forgot it at the store but this was great anyways. My husband and son enjoyed it. We hope not to mess up and burn the bread on the grill next time but even with that it was amazing. Thanks for the great recipe.

This salad was wonderful. My husband and son ate it right up. We didn't have Raspberry dressing so we used Pomegranate dressing. We also used red delicious apples since that is what we had. I really liked the mix of flavors.

Pot Roast in Foil

This recipe was amazing. I never got so many compliments on my cooking before. I told them all of your recipe. I did add an extra can of mushroom soup as instructed by other reviewers but besides that I did nothing extra. My husband is still in love with the leftovers. This was my first roast to turn out so well I thank God and you. My roast was a little bigger than called for in the recipe so I had the oven at 325. Thanks again.
