Yellow Mung Bean Pudding with Coconut Cream

I have made this twice now. It is really good and nice that it is dairy free and gluten free so we can eat it. Thank-you for the recipe.

Brazilian Chicken with Coconut Milk

This was very, very good. I couldn't follow exactly just because my family doesn't like spicy so I left out the jalapeno and only put a sprinkle of cayenne. We did use a can of diced tomatoes instead of the tomatoes just because I didn't have fresh tomatoes on hand. I could just make the tomato coconut sauce as a soup it was so good. I plan to make this again.

Poached Salmon II

I used this recipe as a guide since I didn't have all the ingredients. I used rice wine vinegar and water in the proportions in the recipe. I sprinkled with oregano, garlic powder, salt and smoked paprika. This was so good.

Pumpkin Cake III

Very nice, moist cake. I made it for my husband's birthday tonight and he really enjoyed it. It was a bit oily and just a hint of baking soda after taste. I made it in a 13x9 pan and baked it an extra ten minutes due to size of pan and cake wasn't done at 30 minutes. Thank-you for a great recipe. I followed it exactly as written. By the way while this was baking the house smelled amazing of cinnamon and pumpkin.

Field Salad

This salad was wonderful. My husband and son ate it right up. We didn't have Raspberry dressing so we used Pomegranate dressing. We also used red delicious apples since that is what we had. I really liked the mix of flavors.

California Grilled Veggie Sandwich

This recipe was so good. I didn't have the fresh garlic since I forgot it at the store but this was great anyways. My husband and son enjoyed it. We hope not to mess up and burn the bread on the grill next time but even with that it was amazing. Thanks for the great recipe.

Cinnamon Syrup

This syrup has a great flavor. I had read the other reviews about it being thick so I made sure to cook to the runny consistency of maple syrup. After cooling for 10 minutes as the recipe states it was about the consistency of bought pancake syrup but a much better flavor.

Meatloaf with a Ranch Twist

This was the best meatloaf I have ever had. I followed the recipe as close as I could. I didn't have any sage so didn't use that and I used one real onion chopped. I followed other reviewers suggestion of doubling the sauce. It is so good. I also put them in a cupcake pan so that they would cook faster and cooked them at 450.

Mama D's Italian Bread

I think this recipe is very good. I have made it quite a few times. I don't always even need the entire 7 cups of flour. I think the difference is that you have to give it the 15 minute rest before adding the salt and the rest of the flour. I have noticed that if I don't do this it needs more flour. I have also made this bread using 100% whole wheat flour with fantastic results. It makes very nice bread for sub sandwiches. This has been our go to bread recipe for a while. I also throw in some ice cubes in the bottom of the oven when I add the bread loaves.
