Soft Chocolate Cookies

Perfect chocolate cookie. I added chocolate chips, but I don't think it was necessary. Take out of oven at 8 minutes.

Overnight Caramel Pecan Rolls

Tasty rolls, but not sure if they are worth the effort. There wasn't enough sauce for the two pans. If I make again, I will cut recipe in half to make one pan, but keep the sauce the same amount.

Delicious cake that looks impressive and taste like a fine restaurant's dessert. Much like a truffle in consistency. I added a raspberry sauce and whipped cream. A tiny slice is all folks will be able to finish, so the cake goes a long way. It will keep well for a day or two.

After-Thanksgiving Turkey Soup

Chocolate Chip Apple Cake

Moist and dense cake. I doubled the amount of chocolate chips, and increased the apples to 3 cups. Used a bundt cake pan and baked at 350 for 50 minutes. Turned out delicious.
