It is that time of the year, once again, to bake, cook and eat like crazy! My favorite time of the year! This will be the first Christmas I spend doing much of the cooking for the family. I am so very excited! I hope all of you have a wonderful and safe Holiday!

About Me
My favorite thing to do when I am not at work, is cook. I will spend hours in the day, gathering whatever I have in the house and creating new ideas. I love cooking and baking. I am 26 and I was never a very good cook, until I started enjoying it. Now everything I cook turns out great. You really have to enjoy cooking for the food to come out the best!
My favorite things to cook
My favorites are Chicken, Beef and anything chocolate!
My favorite family cooking traditions
As a young girl, I grew up watching my mom cook for a big family, especially on the holidays. There are many recipes we hold dear to our hearts in my family.
My cooking triumphs
I am about to do Thanksgiving dinner and Christmas dinner for the first time in my life. I have Nana's and mom's recipes ready to go!
My cooking tragedies
Oh boy, I cannot for the life of my fry chicken. It never fails, no matter how long I leave the chicken in, it comes out pink and kicking.
