I converted this recipe to be gluten free (for my hubby)which turned out well. A little too sweet though, so when I make these again I will use less sugar and probably skip the topping. The topping melted everywhere and while it was tasty, was entirely too sweet as well. I am satisfied with the texture and the blueberries I used were frozen and slightly thawed when I baked them so they stayed whole in the muffins which didn't affect the color of the batter. Overall, they are delicious, but as said, a bit too sweet for me. My husband said he liked them too.
