fantastic flavor! good that they were not too sweet, because it balanced the maple syrup nicely. very thick though, next time I'll try thinning them out with more milk, otherwise they can be a little gooey if you cook them too quickly/high heat (try lower heat, longer cooking time). With my first batch, I put the cooked pancakes in the toaster oven to keep them warm until I was done making all of them, and it helped cook the insides a little longer. We had leftover batter too, which was good the next day. a keeper!!!
