Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breast

Reviewed: Oct. 18, 2013
Delicious recipe. I made four large breasts and froze two of them. They came out beautifully in the over at 375, for 60 mins, wrapped in foil. Great low carb recipe.

Too Much Chocolate Cake

Reviewed: Dec. 10, 2011
This recipe is amazing! I used mini chocolate chips and it's a little chocolate in every bite. I made it without chocolate chips and it was delicious but the chocolate chips really makes a difference. If I make it with chocolate chips, I don't use icing. I once mixed all the ingredients without the eggs, I simply forgot. I then added in the eggs and this method gave me a very moist cake. I am going to use this formula for all box cake mixes!

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: Nov. 8, 2011
This recipe is amazing, I love how thick the batter is and that they have a rounded top like you find in bakeries. The blueberries did not sink to the bottom like I worried they would. The crumb is a delightful addition as well. I don't use as much butter because it will sink into the muffin. My husband is in the Army, and the guys in his unit rave about these muffins. So much so, I can't send him to work with one, unless he has enough to share!!

Sugar Coated Pecans

Reviewed: Nov. 8, 2011
This recipe is by far the easiest, tastiest thing I've ever made! I used vanilla instead of water. I live in a high altitude, so I did bake mine at 275 for 1 1/2 hrs. They are salty yet sweet, nice and crunchy. I loooovvvveeeee this recipe. No longer will I spend $12 for a mere pound of these when I can make them myself!!
