These are really cute! I posted a pic on Facebook of the ones I made and it received rave reviews! I used mint (grasshopper style) cookies. They are a delicious compliment to the semi-sweet chocolate! The only thing I didn't like about making these cute little treats, was that the "dough" was hard to work with and melted quickly. These are really good frozen!
