Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches
Made it yesterday. I used 3 large chicken breast halves and it was plenty! 5 sandwiches, someone ate half of a breast as is, plus some leftovers! I also used the whole packet of ranch mix (why save a half of packet?) And threw the butter and sprinkled some celery seed in with it all. I shredded the chicken when done, put it back in the sauce and let it stay warm while I cooked fries. Also Served with dill pickle spears and coleslaw-which cools some of the bite...but we like spicy here. As I write I have chicken wing dip in the oven which I used the leftovers! Will certainly make again.

Hot Pizza Dip
Saw recipie last Sunday, Made it last Sunday for snack to munch on during the football games- didn't last long! We couldn't stop eating it. I followed directions only used italian seasoning (didn't have basil but italian seasoning covered it) and added some garlic powder and couple shakes of hot pepper flakes. I also baked it originally but warmed in in microwave. Couldn't find the bagel chips I wanted so ended up using "scoop" style tortilla chips. Kids are requesting I just make "one huge dish" of it so they can eat it for dinner. Thanks for quick simple and delish snack ! Oh and yes, its being made tomorrow's games too!

Awesome Roast Beef
Used 2.5 lb roast, the cream of mushroom, 1 pkg dry onion soup mix and 3 beef bullion mixed into 2c hot water. Poured it over roast in crock pot, cooked 8hrs on low. I made mashed potatoes as I do not like everything to taste the same. Made wonderful gravy with juices- 1/4c butter melted, added 1/4 flour til mixed well, then about 1 1/2c of pan juices and 1c of warmed milk. There are 5 of us and all went back for 2nds. Just happy there is enough left for me to take for lunch tomorrow.. I will never make a pot roast any other way again!
