Get a Husband Brunswick Stew

Reviewed: Sep. 9, 2009
Five Stars For Sure!! I had Brunswick stew years ago while @ the beach. We were lucky enough to have the loan of a lovely waterfront home..Before we left the owner insisted that we try the frozen stew in freezer..It has taken me eight years to find the perfect recipe. I did use frozen corn & lima beans (I'd put up) plus one pound of pulled pork Bar b Que!! Perfect!!

I just discovered this recipe recently. I loved it from the start,, My favorite is the lobster, shrimp & cheese dip. Of course this includes the artichoke & spinach, plus 3 different cheeses @ Red Lobster Restaurants. This recipe with the seafood added makes sure I've gotta try it!!

Lobster Stew

Reviewed: Feb. 20, 2009
Everything about this recipes sounds great.. I want to try it but I just can't stand the thought of dropping live lobsters into boiling water. Guess I'll stay fat & eat desserts instead.. It sure sounds good tho!!!

Shrimply Delicious Shrimp Salad

Reviewed: Feb. 20, 2009
With the exception of carrots, this the recipe my grandmother used 60yrs ago in Florida. Shrimp was so cheap back then that she served it a lot.(according to my Mom) I still use that recipe today & was thrilled to see you had it too. Its hard to find a seafood Res. that serves it. If served the same day you need less mayo, but if it sits over- night, you'll find that 3/4 c. mayo is perfect.. Sometimes even more..

Salmon Cakes II

Absolutely Delicious!! Made a recipe for 4 and my husband ate for three..Served it with yellow rice and a salad. Needless to say, we ate very little rice & salad. Thanks for a great recipe..(I think the little bit of cheeze makes it even crispier).
