Cheddar Bay Biscuits

Reviewed: Nov. 4, 2012
These were a little bland and dry to me.I added bay seasoning as others suggested and some dried parsley. Ok but I probably won't make this too often.

Lemon Horseradish New Potatoes

Reviewed: Nov. 4, 2012
My husband loved this and I thought it was pretty good too. I pounded and seasoned chicken and did not bother to cook in skillet. I pre cooked bacon and little and sauteed some onions in the bacon grease and added cheese the last 5 minutes. I will make this exactly the same way regularly.

Bada Bing Pork Chops

Reviewed: Apr. 22, 2012
These were flavorful but not as good as I expected after reading reviews. Could definitely taste sweet and sour. I made exactly as written and marinated for 10 hours. Not my favorite pork chop but good enough to make occasionally.

Andrea's Pasta Fagioli

Reviewed: Apr. 22, 2012
This is a good soup! I only used a 15 oz can of tomato sauce and added a 15 oz can of diced tomatoes undrained, used 2 cans of chicken broth instead of all water, only 1/2 tsp of salt and 8 oz of elbow macaroni. I also used great northern beans instead of navy because that's what I had and added parmesan to each bowl. It was perfect. Will definitely make again!

Diana's Hawaiian Bread Rolls

Reviewed: Dec. 1, 2011
Like others I used almond extract instead of the lemon and substituted extra honey for the molasses. Sometimes I use butter instead of shortening.I really like these rolls. The dough is super sticky but totally worth the effort.

Turkey Salad

Reviewed: Dec. 1, 2011
Overall this was pretty darn good but I may add less vinegar and mustard next time. I used red onion instead of green because that's what I had and also added some relish. It tasted very mustardy right after mixing but after sitting overnight it was much better.

White Turkey Chili

Reviewed: Dec. 1, 2011
This is a great way to use up leftover turkey. I forgot to add the lime juice at the end but my husband and I thought it was awesome. I will definately be making this again!
