The Best Unbaked Cherry Cheesecake Ever

Very good recipe. Made them yesterday & everyone loved it. I used splenda in place of sugar, reduced to 3/4 cup. I used cool whip instead of whipped cream. Will make it again. thanks for sharing.

Blender Chocolate Mousse

I followed the exact recipe except no brandy. I think this is too rich for my taste. A little goes a long way. The mousse set up firmly after an hour in the fridge. Next time I will whip the egg whites separately for a lighter texture. Otherwise it is a good recipe.

Blueberry Cream Muffins

I halved the recipe & since sour cream is not available I used Blueberry flavoured sour cream (175 ml) plus 2 TB melted butter. I love how it turned out. It's very light muffin & not bland at all. I will definitely keep this recipe. Thanks for sharing!

Condensed Milk Chocolate Frosting

I just made a batch last night, I don't have unsweetened chocolate so I substituted: 2 TB melted butter & 6 TB cocoa powder. I mix the milk & cocoa powder/butter mixture in a double boiler, Also a nice addition is 2 TB corn syrup. I filled & frost a 2-layer 9" chocolate cake.... yummmm

Oatmeal Pancakes II

I scrolled some pancake recipe and I pick this one because it is quite similar to the one I'm already using. I didn't have buttermilk so I used 1 strawberry flavoured yoghurt & added enough milk to make 3/4 cup. I pulse the oatmeal in my blender. I used melted margarine instead of oil & it came out fantastic. I will definitely make this again. In fact, I'm going to make flour/oatmeal mixture ready so I can have them anytime I want to! (Hint: You may use different flavoured yoghurt too!)

Egg-Yolk Sponge Cake

I'm glad I found this recipe. It's good recipe to use up left over egg yolks from making angel food cake. Mine got a little dry, I must have left it longer that it should. Next time I will keep an eye on it. I used it as a base for a charlotte. Will make it again.

All American Apple Pie

My apple pie is still in the oven, though I've already had a slice. I found that after 50 mins of baking the tops are perfect but the juice is runny & quite liquid so I put it back for another 15 mins. let's see what happens. Overall, I like the recipe cause it's easy and delicious. Will make it again with the cornstarch and reduced butter for the topping. thanks Amy.

Strawberry Cake from Scratch

after reading reviews i change the sugar to 1-1/3 cups. i used 2% milk as this is what i have on hand and by mistake i used 1-1/2 baking soda instead of baking powder. and i used margarine in place of butter. overall the cake turned out delicious.... egg whites was beaten separately too for an airy light texture.

Chewiest Brownies

Tried this recipe w/out changing anything but I didn't like the texture, it's like eating batter although I put it in the oven longer. I used 4 eggs the second time & creamed the butter & sugar (1-1/2 cups only). This turned out right for me as this is how I like my brownie. I used 9"x13" pan & it's just right.

Best Ever Cinnamon Buns

This is a good recipe for cinnamon rolls. I used brown sugar instead of white for the fillings, it makes a difference. Next time, I will reduce the water a little bit & I recommend pouring some caramel frosting before the buttercream.

Hershey's ® Kisses Birthday Cake

I tried this recipe several times, I added 3 tsp. cinnamon powder & added 2 tsp. instant coffee to the hot water. This is great! I didn't use the frosting, I prefer to use chocolate frosting with this cake. I will do it again and again...
