Sweet Potato Pie I
My first pie was made for Thanksgiving and was fantastic. My second pie was made for Christmas and my husband said it was probably the best pie he has ever had! It was better the second time around because we made the crust from scratch. This is a keeper and really deserves 5 stars but I don't rate anything 5 stars. Thanks Cougaar for a wonderfully yummy recipe!

Cranberry-Apple Butternut Squash
I made these for Thanksgiving. The flavor was very good but I'm thinking to either use more squash or less of the apple pie filling as it was too "applely". The orange marmalade and the apricot preserves are definitely needed to add that little something. I will make it again.

Cowboy Mashed Potatoes
I made these for Thanksgiving. My son wasn't sure that he liked the cheese. I thought they were very yummy and definitely a change from the usual boring mashed potatoes. I will make this again!
