My husband and I both agree that these were some of the tastiest burgers/sandwiches we've had! I kind of threw together my own chili seasoning so I don't think I used exactly the amount of chili seasoning called for but I used the perfect amount for us! LOVED the spiciness and flavor. I drained the fat into a coffee cup and poured a little back into the skillet each time I put sandwich in and the first time I flipped them. They crisped up nicely! The hubs opted for American cheese but I used the pepper jack. I think they'd be delicious with cheddar, too!!! Can't wait to have these again!!!

Garlic Chicken Fried Chicken

Wow, fantastic! My entire family loved it! I used chicken breast tenders and we dipped them in our favorite sauces. I did use a tablespoon of garlic powder, as recommended. Definitely will be making this again!

Unbelievable Rolls

Beef Tips and Noodles

It was a little salty and the sauce seemed to evaporate in the oven. I think it's probably because I didn't add the mushrooms because we don't really care for them. But my husband really liked it! I think I will only add half the soup mix next time and maybe a bit more water. Either that or cook it in my crock pot. All in all the flavor was good and it was a very easy recipe!

Spanish Chicken and Chorizo

I was pleasantly surprised by this dish. I couldn't find any chorizo so I used hot Italian sausage links (we like spicy at my house). I cooked the sausage and when that was done, I cooked the chicken in the same pan. Very good! We ate it over brown rice that I mixed some chopped scallions into. Not only was it good, but it was SUPER easy, too!
