Crispy Pork Cutlets
Ive made this recipe over a dozen times now. I cant find the words to say how awesome it is! I dont have a meat tenderizer thing so I snagged my my mother-in-laws tiny cast iron skillet and use that. Its heavy and smooth on the bottom so it dosnt tear up the meat while thinning it out.

Fusion Hummus
I skipped the rosemary by accident and only used 2 tbs balsamic vinegar to a double batch, plus I used the juice from cooking the garbanzos instead of water and it was amazing. I slow cooked dried garbanzos instead of using the can that way I could control the texture and the amount of sodium a bit better. This was exactly what I was looking for thank you so much!

Homemade Flour Tortillas
These are amazing. I got tired of rolling so the last few I kept pretty thick, about the thickness of a nickle They still cooked up nice on a griddle and were like flat bread. I slathered each with homemade hummus and roasted veggies. This was a huge hit with my 7yr old who has never tried either homemade tortillas or hummus.
