Chicken Noodle Casserole I

Very good and comforting. I added chedder cheese to half of it, which I thought made it better. Next time, I will add a few more noodles and maybe some veggies...

Pumpkin Nut Muffins

I loved these muffins. I did add a little salt and a little pumpkin pie spice, but I don't know that it made that much difference. I also was low on butter, so I split the butter half with oil. Even with my emergency substitutions, these were great muffins! My new favorite pumpkin muffin recipe! They are also still very good after a couple of days! I know that when fall is in full swing, these will be a staple! Mine took 20 minutes to cook.

Chocolate Trifle

Definately a keeper - I have made it twice this week - very easy to put together and every loves it. Sweetend Condensed Milk has never let me down in a recipe! Thanks for sharing.

Jay's Signature Pizza Crust

This crust recipe is good, but no one could tell the difference between it and the refrigerated pizza crust. In the future, I'll save time and just unroll the refridgerated dough.

Chocolate Bar Fondue

This was very good - I couldn't taste the coffee flavor. If I make again, I will add more. I left out the water, not sure why it's called for in the first place.

Fluffy Pumpkin Cheesecake Pie

This was an easy recipe, but it tasted pasty. Not as good a traditional pumpkin pie and definately not as good as a cheesecake. It took much longer to bake. If you use light cream cheese you need to add a little corn starch to help it set up like regular cream cheese (light cream cheese is more watery) I won't make again and my family doesn't blame me.

Chocolate Caramel Nut Salad

I love this salad/dessert. I did as another suggested and added 4oz of (low fat) cream cheese. I also used skim milk and the light cool whip - it was just as good, and you don't feel quite so bad about eating it!
