Neapolitan-Style Pizza Dough with Garlic and Italian Seasonings
The recipe as written calls for WAY too much water. Once the extra water was accounted for by adding approximately 1 1/2 cups of extra flour, the crust was fine -- good texture, mild flavor.

Rhubarb and Strawberry Pie
Absolutely awesome. Don't let this pie's deceptively simple ingredient list and directions fool you. It produces as good a strawberry-rhubarb pie as I've ever had, and it's incredibly easy to make. You might think you'd get a runny pie without tapioca or some other solidifying agent, but the flour does the trick. The pie's simple ingredient list leaves room for customization. I added a dash of cinnamon as an experiment, and it worked fine. I'll try something else next time around. This pie is now at the top of my favorite list. Can't praise it enough.

Kim's Chicken Alfredo
This is not really Chicken Alfredo. The mushroom and onion soup mix is the same thing I use for pot roast. If you just want a good chicken casserole, call it something else and give it a try. It makes a fine meal. Fast, tasty and easy to customize to your own tastes. I like using legs and thighs on the bone, which requires a longer cook time, and I substituted 1 Tbsp of garlic powder instead of 3 cloves (to prevent burnt garlic) mixed in with the Italian seasoning. Came out really good.
