Chef John's Turkey Sloppy Joes
Will definitely make this again. Only used the 1/2 cup of water...did not add any extra. I also cooked my ground turkey considerably longer than 2 minutes before adding water and sauce ingredients. Cooked until turkey was almost done, added the rest and let sit on stove for 15 minutes on med-low. Next time I might mix the 1/2 cup water with sauce ingredients and add when the turkey is almost was kind of gross adding it into the not cooked turkey. Used a large shallot and fresh garlic instead of onion.

Sesame Pasta Chicken Salad
Delicious. I only used a 1/4 cup of oil in the dressing and it was plenty. Added julienne carrots and sugar snaps peas.

Asian Tuna Patties
I used Hoisin sauce instead of ketchup, and panko instead of cornmeal and baked them. I might use plum sauce next time instead of Hoisin or Ketchup (and maybe only a half T, and add some sesame seeds with the panko.
