Salmon with Brown Sugar Glaze

I made it exactly like the recipe, only I cooked it in my toaster oven at 400 degrees for 18 minutes. It was juicy and tender and the glaze was delicious, not overwhelming. I used Jack Daniels honey dijon mustard. Yum! Thanks for the quick, easy recipe.

Oven Baked BBQ Ribs

I've never made ribs before. These were fantastic, fall-off-the-bone delicious! They took a lot of time and basting, but they turned out great. I only basted them every 30 minutes (I'm lazy), but otherwise followed the recipe exactly. Yum!
