High Temperature Eye-of-Round Roast

I made this last night and it was amazing! I only had a 2.3 lb roast so I cooked it at 475 for 15 minutes and then turned the oven down to warm for the 2 hours. It was the most moist roast I have ever made!

Stewed Vegetables and Ham Soup

We loved this! I added onion and carrots and replaced the mixed vegetables with frozen corn. A delicious dinner.

Slow Cooker Ham

Scalloped Taters

Great crock pot recipe. I used frozen roasted potatoes with salt and pepper so that made this recipe super easy for me. I will definitely make this again!

Quinoa and Black Beans

My sister-in-law made this for us and it was amazing. She added shredded chicken and it was one of the most delicious dinners I have ever had. The next morning we scrambled some eggs and added it to the leftovers and it was again wonderful! This will definitely be a recipe we make again.

Garlic Roasted Chicken and Potatoes

This chicken was delicious! It was moist and had a great flavor. I only added about 6 garlic cloves and that worked fine. Next time I would add some diced sweet potatoes along with the regular potatoes.
