This was really good but I did take a lot of peoples advice and made it my own. Super easy too which is awesome.
2 cans of potatoes (I have never used canned potatoes before and they were great).
1 can of corn
1/2 a sweet onion chopped really fine
5 very small and thin chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup of chicken stock
1/2 cup of milk
I used some other spices too but can't remember what.
I cooked this for 3 hours on high in the crock pot. Then I took refrigerated biscuits (butter flavor) and cut them into 4th. I used a whole package spreading them out. I then pushed them all under the liquid so they were saturated and cooked on high for another hour. At that point I pushed then all under again, took the lid off and cooked for another hour.
The meat was tender but not overdone and the biscuits being saturated made them taste more like dumplings.
