Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies I
I kept the recipe as-is, and I thought they were delicious and fudgy- exactly what I was looking for in a double chocolate chip cookie recipe! I was diligent about taking the cookies out after only 8 minutes. They do seem underdone at first, but I have a brownie recipe that is similar in terms of underbaking. Sometimes you just have to trust the chef!
