Cheesy Macaroni and Cheese

Awesome Mac & Cheese recipe! The only thing i would add is some salt. But it was nice being able to add the amt. each of us wanted by ourselves. 5 Stars!!!

Best Pennsylvania Dutch Chicken Corn Soup

Really, 3 1/2 stars!! :) Good hearty soup with a nice flavor. Would've given it a higher score, but we weren't especially fond of the dumpling part of it. They came out a bit tough and they were VERY hard to form into balls. They didn't have any flavor, but they probably weren't supposed to.

White Chip Chocolate Cookies

Fantastic cookies. I don't know why some of these previous reviewers didn't like them, but my husband and i devoured them! The only problem i found was that i misread the directions with the part about the "let cookies sit on cookie sheet for ___ minutes"!! I couldn't understand why they wouldn't harden so i could take them off the cookie sheet and onto the cooling rack! Once i reread the directions, the rest came out delicious! NO MODIFICATIONS NEEDED, IMO!!

Molasses Cookies VI

Very tasty, but weren't as chewy as i had expected. The thinner ones were more on the hard side, so next time i will make some adjustments to make them chewier. But great, all the same!

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins

WOW!!! These were gone before we could blink! Gave some to the neighbors and they wanted the recipe! Never had pumpkin and chocolate before, but now i'm hooked! Didn't have to change a single thing in the recipe!

Cola-Basted Ham

I would've given this no stars if i had the choice...sorry! The "paste" was too thick - even though we added more and more cola to it and it turned into what looked like a mortar! The ham was dry and the "paste" tasted and smelled very bad. Won't try that again. Sorry, but i thought people should know...
