I'm 17. I've been cooking for as long as I can remember. When I got to highschool, I started taking culinary classes, so now I know a lot of technical stuff about cooking food in general, so I can modify recipes and make up my own. I'm from Tennessee. I like all kinds of cooking. I LOVE trying new things. I love to go to the Nashville Farmer's Market to buy fruits and vegetables that I've never had so I can experiment.
My favorite things to cook
I don't have a specific favorite, but I like one pot/one pan meals, like soup or roasted meat and root vegetable.
My cooking triumphs
I'm young, so I haven't had many opertunities. I cooked my first Thanksgiving dinner in 2012, and it was great. I was told it was the best turkey ever.
My cooking tragedies
One time I was making steamed chineese meatballs or something like that, and it called for orange zest, but I didn't have any, so I used lemon. It was disgusting.
