Mom's Pie Crust
Awesome!!!!!! Finally a pie crust without shortening!!!
Man do I HATE shortening! In my opinion it ruins EVERYTHING!!! NO EXCEPTIONS!!! Since I used this recipe for apple, pumpkin and pecan pie I decided to make some variations. 1) for apple pie add 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract and 1 tsp. of cinnamon. 2) for pumpkin pie do the same as the apple pie and then add 1 tsp. of pumpkin pie spice. 3) for pecan pie crust add the same as the apple pie but also add 1/4 cup of finely chopped pecans in the crust.
