Easy Slow Cooker French Dip
OMG. Instant favorite in heavy rotation! I didn't have the condensed soup so I used beef broth/onion soup mix packet. The cut I had on hand was cubed stew beef. For beer used Molson XXX. And of course I added fresh garlic/onion (like I do to pretty much everything). Cooked on low for 9 hours or so. Came out insanely delicious! Thank you for this one!

Simple Chicken Brine
Awesome recipe! Followed all ingredients, but ran out of soy sauce...so I had to add some Tamari Soy and Worcestershire to make up the difference. Tossed 4 bay leaves into the mix too. Brined for five hours. The meat was so juicy, it came out delicious! Thanks Jay :)

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style
I brined my 5lb single chicken with "Simple Chicken Brine" by Jay from this site for five hours (added garlic/onion powder and 4 bay leaves) Patted dry with paper towels then rubbed butter on skin and under where I could fit it. Used this recipe for the seasoning rub (reduced cayenne by half for health reasons). Placed chicken atop cut-up potatoes, onion, 2 garlic cloves, baby carrots and zucchini drizzled with olive oil and salt/pepper. SOOOOOOOOOOO good!!! Will definitely use this seasoning mixture again!!!!
