Traditional Lemon Meringue Pie

Followed recipe as is and pie came out awesome! Three hours in the frig was not long enough though... first slice was watery BUT perfect the next morning!

Super tasty although I used garbanzo beans instead of black eyed peas since I don't care for black eyed peas. I did take others advice and season with 2 lemons, 1/4 c italian dressing (thought 1c would be a bit much), 1/4 c jalapeño vinegar, and italian seasoning! Will most def make again for get togethers!

Alfredo Sauce

It was simple and great tasting. I didn't have heavy cream so I used a reviewer idea about using the milk I had on hand with a tablespoon of butter and flour. I did add one glove of garlic and a tablespoon of onion as a made the milk mixture to add more flavor! I know people hate when people add or change, but those suggestions have helped me out in the past so oh well...

Chicken Marsala

Great looking meal, great tasting! Added garlic and onion while heating up the butter with oil. Used canned mushrooms but will use fresh next time since there will be a next time!

Ginger Glazed Mahi Mahi

I loved it! Followed to a T... the only thing was that it was a bit salty so will not add salt the next time around. My man's eyes bugged out in delight with the first bite; he was hooked!!!!

Asian Lime and Cilantro Sauce For Salmon

Definately double the ingredients! The taste of the sauce alone is great! BUT even though I left the salmon marinating for a couple of hours; the flavor was only apparent on top of the salmon :(

Banana Banana Bread

I followed another reviewers suggestion and made as muffins since I don't have a pan and also added more spices as suggested (ex nutmeg, ginger, vanilla, cinnamon **about 1 ts for each). I know some users dislike changes included in reviews but I can appreciate reviewers suggestions. >
