Dijon Garlic Salmon
I mostly tasted the garlic and onion… a bit too much. I offset the taste by adding a light layer of my homemade tartar sauce. I like a reviewers suggestion of using "Dijonaise" (a marriage between Dijon and Mayo ;). Also, the cooking time was a bit too much so be careful with that.

White Almond Wedding Cake
This cake got great reviews at my workplace. I did add a teaspoon of coconut extract because, in my opinion, that's what "wedding cake" flavor should taste like. Keep in mind, cooking time was not 25 mins, more like 45 mins. I will be making this cake again, but maybe with less sugar since I like sweets that are not overly sweet.

Coconut Walnut Biscotti
This one is a KEEPER! I love biscotti's and these were oh so good. After reading the reviews, I added the flour a cup at a time and I ended up using only 2 cups. Also, yes I did some changes ONLY because I use this awesome website for ideas to use what I already have on hand. SO I used 1/2 a teaspoon of vanilla extract, 1/2 teaspoon of almond extract, pecans instead of walnuts.
