Grandma's Chicken Chardon
Followed exactly, very tasty, especially since we love mushrooms. Used "baby bella" mushrooms. Quick and easy to make, and clean up was quick too! Will definatly make again, may add more garlic seasoning and more lemon, but we enjoyed it just as written. Thanks for sharing!

Orange Glazed Carrots
Quick, Easy, Perfect Flavor, Not Syrupy Sweet I followed the recipe exactly as written. What I really enjoyed, besides the ease, was the light flavor, it didn't take away from the carrots, just added a nice light flavor, not too orangy and not too sweet. Thank you Heidi for sharing a great recipe!

Rempel Family Meatloaf
I made this last night, it was really good. I followed the recipe 99% only difference is I added S&P out of habbit, I would skip the S next time as you get plenty from the onion soup mix. The flavor was good, it was moist and stayed together, and was not too dense. Will make again and may add a glaze as other reviewers have. Also instead of A1 steak sauce I may use a a sweeter steak sauce such as Peter Lugars, also another reviewer used Chili sauce in place of ketchup which sounded good.
