Mushroom Sauce Baked Pork Chops

Reviewed: Nov. 16, 2014
This recipe is fantastic! My husband and I loved it. I did add some spice to it by putting all spice, onion powder salt and pepper onto the chops and browning them in fresh minced garlic and olive oil. I also used campbell's creme of mushroom with roasted garlic mixed with milk and poured over the chops. I baked the chops covered on 400 degrees. I left the hash browns completely out of the recipe and served with mashed potatoes and green beans. It was so yummy and no leftovers!

No Bake Cookies III

Reviewed: Aug. 24, 2014
This is a great recipe. I love No Bake's. I've been eating them since I was a child. But every time I try to make them myself they Never turn out! Either to mushy and the butter separates and they seem over cooked. Plus the flavor seems off. I swear I try to follow the recipe exactly. I pre measure everything before hand and time the boil for 3 minutes. I am starting to think it may have something to do with the hard anodized cookware that I have been using for the last five years. At least that is what I am starting to think. So frustrating. Any suggestions on type of cookware?

Souvlaki

Reviewed: Jul. 19, 2014
I made this and it turned out delicious! My husband said it was the best meal I had made yet. I did not kabob it. I cut everything up and put in on a baking sheet and cooked it on convection bake in my oven. It cooked tender and juicy and got nice and browned. I baked some pita pockets and filled them with the ingredients and topped with homemade tatziki sauce. I also did not use but a few dashes of soy and not what the recipe called for. The soy is way to overwhelming if you use much more than a dash.

Beefaroni

Reviewed: May 16, 2014
I always mix the tomato sauce with 1 can of campbell's cream of mushroom. I also use wide egg noodles instead of elbo macaroni. I ate this a lot growing up and I make it for my husband and he loves it.

Slow Cooker Texas Pulled Pork

Reviewed: Oct. 2, 2012
I made this exactly by the recipe and it turned out pretty good. One thing I changed was after shredding the pork I did not put it back in the crock pot with all the juice. Instead I spooned some of the juice over all the meat and let it marinate in that over night in the fridge. The next day I heated the meat and poured heated barbecue sauce over it. It tasted wonderful and everyone loved it!!

Almond Chicken Casserole II

Reviewed: Jan. 19, 2012
I am sorry to say that this recipe was so greasy and tasteless that my husband and I could only eat one helping. Yes, I followed the recipe exactly as given, but it was one of the worst tasting recipes I have ever tried. I am a pretty good cook and I thought this sounded pretty good, so I tried it, but my husband who likes almost anything I put in front of him, had to admit that he could barely choke it down and did not want anymore of it. I couldn't blame him and I through the rest of it out. It was a waste of ingredients. I have made quite a few recipes found on this site and have had a good outcome with most. I guess everyone has different tastes. Sorry for the bad although honest review.

Honey Baked Chicken

Reviewed: Dec. 13, 2011
I made this for the first time tonight for me and my husband. It was so good! I changed it by adding garlic salt to the chicken before covering it with the honey glaze and served it with rice and salad. It was a simple but tasty go to meal! Very pleased :)
