Sausage Balls
This is a little irrevelant because I had no idea I didn't have bisquick. I ended up using egg, bread crumbs, a little milk, salt, pepper and garlic. I rinsed my hands w/cold water while I was making meat balls and cooked them on aluminum foil lined cookie sheet that had been sprayed w/pam. I flipped them midway thru. Turned out really good even though I didn't have bisquick :)

Cheesy Buffalo Chicken Dip
Followed others advice and used rotisserie chicken chopped, 1/2 pkg cream cheese, 2 T sour cream, 1/2 pkg ranch, some diced onions since that's what I had in the pantry. I also didn't realize we were out of Franks so I used some texas pete and melted butter into it. Mixed cream cheese, sour cream and ranch mix together, added hot sauce to the chicken, then cream cheese mixture and onions, mixed everything together and then put into casserole dish lined in aluminum foil, topped w/shredded cheddar and cooked until bubbily. Served with Tostitos Scoops they were awesome!

Bacon Wrapped Smokies
Followed other reviews advice and used center cut bacon and put the brown sugar in a ziplock bag. I also lined my cookie sheet with aluminum foil for easy clean up. It was better to cut bacon into 1/3rds and put a toothpick thru it. Cooked in oven flipping midway, once they were cooked I pulled them off the toothpick and put them into small crockpot. I added ketchup, mustard, brown sugar, a little sugar and apple cider vinegar and some Fat Tire beer, I ended up using a dash of cornstarch to thicken the sauce. When they were heated thru I stuck toothpicks thru them to serve. Everyone thought they were great!
