Finnish Blueberry Pie

Reviewed: Jun. 5, 2012
This is one of my favorite recipes. I love the versatility of it. I've mixed blueberries and raspberries, or raspberries and strawberries. Tonight I am using leftover Blueberry-Cranberry sauce from another Allrecipes recipe I made previously. I like to precook my crust for just 5-10 minutes.. so yummy!

Aimee's Quick Chicken

Reviewed: Sep. 22, 2014
This was really yummy. I had to do some substituting for what I had on hand. I mixed up some spicy brown mustard with mayo, then added a teryaki glaze. Mixed all that up, smothered the chicken in it, topped it with fresh bacon crumbles and some mozzarella! It's definitely a keeper! Thanks for a great recipe.

Jacksonville Carrots

Reviewed: Apr. 7, 2015
I'm not a big carrot fan, but the hubby is. I didn't have most of the ingredients, but I did what I could with apple juice and the seasonings I did have. They were pretty yummy! Thanks for the recipe.

Simple Pork Rib Dry Rub

Reviewed: Sep. 2, 2014
This was so delicious, but very spicy to some of us!! I took the advice of other reviewers, did 1c sugar, 2 tbls cayenne and black pepper, added salt, garlic powder and onion powder. Then threw in some steak rub for good measure. It cooked beautifully on the grill. Definitely a keeper! Thanks!

Quiche with Kale, Tomato, and Leek

Reviewed: Nov. 16, 2014
Made this for a retreat brunch, so delicious!! I used a frozen pie shell, thawed for a bit, spinach instead of kale. Yummy! There was only 1 slice left, and I'm about to eat it for dinner!! Thanks for a great and easy recipe.

Easy Turkey Tetrazzini

Reviewed: Mar. 28, 2014
Fantastic recipe. After reading the other reviews, I did improvise a bit. No mushrooms by choice. Sauteed the turkey with shallots and green onions. Added a bit of heavy cream to the sauce to thin it a little, then added a sprinkle of swiss cheese to it. Crushed Ritz crackers on the top! Delicious! Thanks for a great recipe.

Marinated Turkey for Two

Reviewed: Jan. 14, 2012
Easy delicious recipe. Thought the extra sugar would be too much, but it worked out perfect. Next time will make extra marinade and try thickening it for sauce over the top.

Italian Chicken Skillet

Reviewed: Jan. 5, 2015
This was really easy and delicious. I took the advice of parboiling the pasta, added shallots instead of onion, left off the spinach and cheese, as these aren't things we all like. Added lots of italian seasoning, 2 cans of tomatoes. Got a "keeper" rating at the dinner table. Thanks for a great recipe.

Pittsburgh Style Chipped Ham Barbeque

Reviewed: Jan. 20, 2013
This was really yummy! I had lots of leftover spiral ham and was looking for something different to do with it. I used the unsliced end of the ham, and cooked it in the crock pot all day. Thinking about using the leftovers for a home-made ham pizza.

This is a fantastic stew. I made it just as listing omitting just the celery and mushrooms as we don't prefer them. 6 hrs on high, was great as I got a late start cooking today. Came home to an awesome dinner!! Thanks for the recipe, it's a keeper

Bow Ties with Sausage, Tomatoes and Cream

This was so delicious! I used chicken instead of sausage, just cut it into thin strips. I also sautéed some shallots and green peppers with the chicken. Used canned tomatoes and some extra italian seasonings. Was just perfect! Can't wait for lunch tomorrow to eat the leftovers. Thanks for a great recipe.

Tender Breaded Turkey Cutlets

This made for a yummy dinner! I didn't have sour cream on hand, so I substituted it with mayo. Made it with Turkey Cutlets and Chicken Cutlets. Served with pan roasted shallots... better than gravy! This one is going into my recipe box! Thanks!
