Lemon Pepper Pork Chops Baked and Served With Apples

Reviewed: Nov. 7, 2011
This was very yummy. I think next time I will thicken the juice with some cornstarch, and serve on the side. It kinda takes away the crispy of the chops. Otherwise, easy to prepare last minute with pantry ingredients.

Finnish Blueberry Pie

Reviewed: Jun. 5, 2012
This is one of my favorite recipes. I love the versatility of it. I've mixed blueberries and raspberries, or raspberries and strawberries. Tonight I am using leftover Blueberry-Cranberry sauce from another Allrecipes recipe I made previously. I like to precook my crust for just 5-10 minutes.. so yummy!

So yummy! The addition of lemon juice adds just the right amount of zing! And adding a bit of cornstarch helped to thicken it nicely. Thanks for a keeper recipe!!

Marinated Turkey for Two

Reviewed: Jan. 14, 2012
Easy delicious recipe. Thought the extra sugar would be too much, but it worked out perfect. Next time will make extra marinade and try thickening it for sauce over the top.

Easy Turkey Tetrazzini

Reviewed: Mar. 28, 2014
Fantastic recipe. After reading the other reviews, I did improvise a bit. No mushrooms by choice. Sauteed the turkey with shallots and green onions. Added a bit of heavy cream to the sauce to thin it a little, then added a sprinkle of swiss cheese to it. Crushed Ritz crackers on the top! Delicious! Thanks for a great recipe.

A nice light pasta/chicken dish. The lemon was not overpowering at all. Serving with a side of broccoli. Easy to prepare. Thanks for a great recipe

Cranberry Glazed Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 8, 2013
made this for dinner tonight. Hubby only gave it 3 stars. I thought it was okay, but the ketchup overpowered the cranberry sauce. Maybe if it was 1/4 ketchup to 3/4 cranberry sauce it would be better. If you are a big lover of ketchup, you might like this!

Tender Breaded Turkey Cutlets

Reviewed: Jun. 8, 2014
This made for a yummy dinner! I didn't have sour cream on hand, so I substituted it with mayo. Made it with Turkey Cutlets and Chicken Cutlets. Served with pan roasted shallots... better than gravy! This one is going into my recipe box! Thanks!

This is a fantastic stew. I made it just as listing omitting just the celery and mushrooms as we don't prefer them. 6 hrs on high, was great as I got a late start cooking today. Came home to an awesome dinner!! Thanks for the recipe, it's a keeper

Chocolate Chip Cheese Ball

Reviewed: Dec. 28, 2013
I took the advice of one reviewer that put it in a ball shaped bowl, lined with plastic wrap. It made 2 nice sized balls.I chilled them until we were ready to eat it. Turned it out onto a bowl, I then pressed on heath bits as recommended as well. This is such and easy and delicious recipe! Inexpensive too!

Pineapple Crisp

Reviewed: Dec. 28, 2013
I was searching Christmas afternoon for a dessert,as I hadn't properly planned. I had some pineapple that needed to be eaten, so when I came across this, I figured why not! Well, I am so happy I did. This was the best crisp I have ever eaten!! As other reviewers remarked, the topping was a bit dry when mixing, so I added in some veg oil. It was crispy, even after being refrigerated. It was so delicious, I had to print the recipe out for the mil. Thanks for a keeper of a recipe.

Sweet and Sour Pork II

Reviewed: May 28, 2013
This was a good recipe in a pinch. I had a butt end of a pork loin, and just a short amount of time to whip up dinner. I adjusted it to 2 servings as I didn't have much, and it only took about 30 minutes. I used only 1/3 of the vinegar, as we aren't big on the vinegar taste.

Bow Ties with Sausage, Tomatoes and Cream

Reviewed: Mar. 13, 2013
This was so delicious! I used chicken instead of sausage, just cut it into thin strips. I also sautéed some shallots and green peppers with the chicken. Used canned tomatoes and some extra italian seasonings. Was just perfect! Can't wait for lunch tomorrow to eat the leftovers. Thanks for a great recipe.
