Oven Fried Buttermilk Halibut
I certainly did a double take when I read this recipe ,,, set oven at 250 degrees ?? ,,, really ?? I liked the coating and the fish turned out great ,, nothing like fresh halibut fillets ,,, I baked the fish for 20 minutes at 400 degrees, turned out perfect.

Beef Wellington
A very nice recipe, as far as the beef is concerned I would really brown it in a skillet before placing in in the oven. I did omit the softened butter and used a softened herb liver sausage mixed with finely chopped shallots and crimini mushrooms. I took this mixture and spread it thinly on the pastry and left a edge that I moistened with egg wash. I put a very light coat of Dijon mustard on the cooled beef prior to wrapping.

Broccoli Chicken Divan
It was a bit bland but a nice recipe, I made a white wine sauce to replace the canned soup as I never use condensed canned soups due to the horrific sodium content.
