Baked Pork Chops I

Made this the other night and I was pleasantly surprised. The only change I made was to double the milk and soup so that we had extra gravy for our side (mashed potatoes) and I didn't cook it quite as long. Otherwise, I followed this exactly and it tasted great. You do have to make sure you season it to your liking, and next time I may throw in some additional spices.

Chili Casserole

This is a staple in our house! The kids love it and it makes great left overs. The only thing I change is that I use chili without meat. Otherwise, great, simple recipe.

Easy Skillet Supper

Really simple and good. I used cubed frozen hashbrowns to save time and it turned our great. Normally I don't review recipes with changes, but when you make this with just the soup, there is nothing to bring to a simmer. As other suggested, I added water (3/4 cup) and a little milk and then uncovered for the last ten minutes. Turned out great!

Creamy Garlic Mushroom Chicken

I thought this was pretty good. I stuck to the recipe almost exactly, except that I was out of parmesan cheese so I improvised and used an Italian blend instead of cheddar. I was a bit confused because the recipe calls for mushroom soup, instead of garlic mushroom soup. Given the title of the recipe, I used garlic mushroom soup. My 5 year old and husband loved this, so I'll make again.

BBQ Pork for Sandwiches

This turned out so delicious! Not mushy like other BBQ pork I have tried. I used a Pork Butt and it worked like a charm. Also, I prefer my BBQ a little spicy, so for the BBQ sauce I used Famous Dave's Texas Pit. My husband and 5 year both had seconds. I will make this again for sure!
