Mozzarella Chicken
I have made this recipe for years and I have never made the sauce or put any liquid in it, just cooked it as is and it's a staple in our house, one of our faves! Gave it 4 stars only because I don't cook it exactly according to the recipe.

Mexican Tinga
I gave this 5 stars because I made as directed and my hubby and i thought it was delicious. It's like Mexican BBQ sauce or something, sweet, smoky and spicey. Warning though!!! It's crazy hot! I had to mix sour cream in it along with putting some on top! It was honestly a little to hot for me but I gave it 5 stars because the flavor was delicious and the hotness factor is personal preference. I will DEFINTELY make it again, but not for the kids!! :-)

Salsa Chicken Rice Casserole
OMG! This was great, but my hubby and I both felt like something was missing. Sometime after supper my hubby said "It tastes like the filling in a Taco Bell burrito!" So the next day we got tortillas for the leftover casserole and some taco sauce and oh my goodness! This stuff is heaven as a burrito filling!!
