About this Cook
I just recently got married. Together we have a cat named Josie and we enjoy every minute together.
My favorite things to cook
I love cooking Italian food. I find it easier than other foods. I enjoy baking, but wish I had more time to do it.
My favorite family cooking traditions
My husband and I are trying to start our own traditions right now. My family is huge into baking Christmas cookies. His is huge into cooking all together. When we settle down and get a house I would like to combine the two.
My cooking triumphs
I made a potato casserole I saw on TV and everyone loves it! I had to make some modifications to it, but everyone loves it.
My cooking tragedies
I burned the chocolate on my grandmother's cookie recipe. That was bad.

Lowfat Baked Chicken
Very easy to make. I don't use corn flakes but grape nuts flakes, they stay really crunchy. My husband loves it! I added lemon herb chicken seasoning to it this last time, but it tastes fine either way. You certainly do not need all the yogurt, about 1/2 a cup per breast will be good enough.

Very easy to make. I served this with chili at a chili cook off and it got rave reviews.
