Buffalo Chicken Wing Soup

This was good. Reading the other reviewers comments about how watery it seemed, I only added 4 cups of milk, and it was still thin, but good. If this was made with reduced fat soups and sour cream, it would be a little healthier too.

Heart Chop Suey

The heart came out really chewy, maybe if I had simmered it for another hour. The wortchestershire sauce is also a must, the sauce is kinda bland without it.

Guacamole

Yum! I've never made guacamole since my fiance doesn't like it, but we're having quesadillas tomorrow night and I wanted some to go with mine. Made this up tonight so the flavors could meld and couldn't resist a sample. This stuff is great!!!

Tuna Tofu Salad

Kinda bland, I ate it as a topper for a spinach salad, and it needed a lot of ff Italian to give it some zip. Maybe more salt or some garlic powder or sweet pickle relish would have helped. It was ok, but nothing I'll be rushing to make again.

Simple Hamburger Stroganoff

Margaritas

Made these for my fiance after a rough night at work, he loved them! Said we'll definitely have to make these this summer when we're hanging around the pool. I prefer mine fruity, so next time, I'll take his half out, and add some frozen strawberries to my half. Thanks for the great margarita recipe!

Breakfast Enchiladas

Great idea, and very easy to change to suit other tastes or what you have on hand. I used sausage instead of ham (had it on hand), scrambled 9 eggs and threw them into the mix, used red enchilada sauce (again, on hand), and they rocked! Next time I will go shopping and make it as stated. Love this recipe for it's versatility.

Cottage Cheese Chicken Enchiladas

This was really good! You can't really taste the cottage cheese, and it gave it great texture. I had some of the cottage cheese/sour cream mixture leftover, so I made a couple enchiladas with just that for filling, and they were good too. Great recipe for cottage cheese lovers!

This was ok. Per other reviewers, I used half the sour cream called for. I would have preferred a little more zing to it. If I ever make it again, I will probably mix the onions in with the soup mixture.

Chicken Wing Dip

Not bad. I tried it with Blue Cheese dressing, next time I will try the Ranch. As others recommended, I would suggest making it in a crockpot, out of the oven it cools off and gets pretty solid after about 45 minutes.

Sausage Spinach Alfredo Lasagna

This was good. I did soak the oven ready noodles in hot water for half an hour, used only 2 cups of an Italian cheese blend (1c. mixed with the cottage cheese instead of ricotta mixture, 1c for the top), added milk to the sausage/spinach/alfredo mixture, and when it was all assembled, I poured a little more milk around the outside. It held together perfectly, the noodles were done, and the taste was wonderful!

Crab and Shrimp Delight

Very good. I took the advice of other reviewers and left off the onions, and added Old Bay, garlic, and pepper. I used thin spaghetti instead of angel hair, increased the milk to 2c., and it came out great, the pasta cooked completely.

Beans and Greens

Very good! I added a can of diced tomatoes and 1c. diced onion, and substituted a quart of tomato juice for half the broth. Very good, very filling, and it freezes well too!

Chili Chicken Stew

This was very good, very flavorful. I boiled a whole chicken to make my own broth and get the meat I needed; didn't have any green pepper on hand so substituted a few cloves of garlic; used two cans of cream of chicken soup per other reviewers recommendations; and for veggies used broccoli/cauliflower/carrot mix. Loved it, thanks for the great recipe!

Breakfast Casserole II

This was great. The tater tots were a nice change from hashbrowns, and the mushroom soup gave it great flavor. I added the mushrooms along with some onion and green pepper to the sausage while it cooked, and added salt and pepper too. Thanks for the great recipe!

Miracle Soup

Scrambled Eggs Done Right

Didn't taste much different than regular scrambled eggs, but since I love scrambled eggs, I'm giving it five stars. I put mayo & mustard on my eggs sandwiches, so a little mayo in scrambled eggs sounded great to me.
