Broiled Scallops
Delicious and so easy to make. Used sea scallops and 1/2 tbsp of garlic powder instead of garlic salt.

Mississippi Mud Pie I
Easy to make and delicious. Makes enough for two 6 inch ready-made pies crusts. Looks pretty with fudge syrup drizzed over the top.

Oven Baked Jambalaya
I made this recipe for a large gathering and everyone enjoyed it! Easy to prepare and transport in a large disposable roaster pan. For the creole seasoning, I used Paul Prudhomme's Magic seasoning blend. I omitted the ham and used jumbo shrimp.
